UX/UI Design and Adobe XD

​I recently took a course on Udemy called User Experience Design Essentials taught by Daniel Scott, an Adobe Certified Instructor and UX/UI designer.  What I really liked about this class is that it challenged me to actually design a UX/UI project for a client in Adobe XD and Scott walked us through the steps one would go through as a UX/UI designer to build a prototype of a mobile app.  In the course I built a wireframe, style guide, custom color palette, vision board and working prototype.  He did a great job of teaching Adobe XD basic and advanced features and how to set up an efficient workflow.  I especially enjoyed learning about repeat grids, plugins, micro-interactions and all of the great tips and shortcuts for utilizing Adobe XD.  Scott has a very engaging teaching style and I loved how he taught a concept and then reinforced that concept in subsequent lessons to really cement the skills learned in my mind.  I recommend this course to anyone interested in learning more about UX/UI design and Adobe XD.
